Self Care Treatments

I weave together various modalities to offer multidimensional healing for everyone and everybody. My offerings are a blend of reiki, breathwork, sound healing and somatic bodywork intuitively crafted to each individual and their needs.

The breath allows one to feel fully in the body, while using sound frequencies (such as crystal bowls, voice, drums, and more) to permeate the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual bodies, which invokes healing at a cellular level. Gentle bodywork through reiki and touch invites a softening on all levels, encouraging deep rest and rejuvenation. I am guided strongly by my intuition and connection to Source, creating a truly unique experience each and every time.
