What is Cacao?
The cacao tree - Theobroma cacao, grows in South and Central America and is considered a sacred plant by the Mayans. It is referred to as “the food of the Gods” and was used in most rituals and ceremonies of importance. When this superfood is consumed in the original form (beans or paste), the benefits for the body, mind and soul are abundant.

I tune all the cacao in my quartz crystal singing bowls which each hold frequencies attuned to the Chakra's.
I then infuse each bar with local organic flower essences. All the flowers were grown and harvested by Katie Greenwood of Rooted With Love in Shirley, BC.
These bars can be custom made to each individuals needs - a particular chakra and/or flower essence.

How do flower essences work?
