A deeply restorative treatment designed to help you slow down, settle your nervous system and reconnect with your body. Through a personalized combination of Reiki, sound healing, and intuitive bodywork, I create space for you to soften out of stress and return to a greater sense of grounding, safety and connection. This session is especially supportive during times of stress, overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, transition or when you simply need space to come back to yourself. A session for rest, regulation, reconnection and renewal.
