About the event
Do you allow music to be felt and moved through your body freely? Have you ever noticed how free flowing movement can allow for energy to be expressed through body, creating spaciousness?
Join me for an evening of ecstatic dance. A women’s only evening to explore and move energy through the body in a safe and sacred environment with the power of music and dance!
Jessica will guide you through this journey with an intuitively crafted playlist. Inviting you to drop out of the mind and fully into the body- letting the music move you!
Our evening will begin with a short welcoming circle, flowing into an hour of self guided ecstatic dance and a gentle closing.
Step out of your own way and let the music take you on a journey!
