Winter Solstice Ceremony

Winter Solstice is a time when we are invited to sit with and honour the darkness and digest the year’s experiences. A supportive time for inner reflection, regeneration and renewal. Allowing what is, releasing what is no longer and setting intentions for the return of the light. Giving your body permission to flow with the changing of the season.

To flow with the season allows the body to come back into a natural alignment. This season invites us to slow down, turn within and rest. To nourish the body, mind and soul as we prepare for the return of light and the promise of spring’s renewal.

Through ceremony we come together to light the fires within and breathe to honour our dark and the return of light, both externally and internally.

We will be nourishing our bodies after breathwork with a light vegan/gf snack from our local chef, Amanda Morales…
