Summer Solstice Celebration

Honouring this bright yang season we celebrate the light, the beauty, the expansion and the sweetness the warmth brings to our vibrant hearts..

Solstice marks the longest day of the year and the time we can let the light of the sun reflect our radiance and the way we shine outward. This time also marks the beginning of the Fire element in Chinese medicine, the time to let our hearts glow with joy and love.

Join us for a sweet, nourishing and expansive afternoon/ evening as we gather, heal, breathe, eat, laugh, tell stories and bask in the glow of each other's light.

We will be hosting our regular Breathwork and Acupuncture experience with a potluck option afterwards. This gathering will be at the Shirley Hal. We plan to be eating outside under the community gazebo.

Please bring warm layers and a vegan/gf dish to share for our West Coast…
