Reiki is Universal Energy, Life Force, Chi. It is within everyone and everything. And it is accessible to all.

Everything has a vibration, a frequency. Learning to attune to this through the practice of Reiki, invites one to come back into a natural alignment.  Restoring balance in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body, as well as igniting self empowerment and growth.
