Full Moons are times of expansiveness, light, outwards energy, action and harvest. The New Moon is the opposite. A time for slowing down, exploring the “dark”, introspection and intention setting.

When we can willingly go within during the dark moon, reflect and plant seeds of intention, then the full moon can be experience with more ease and grace.

There is no doubt we are connected to all the universal rhythms and aligning to them creates more vitality, ease, joy and flow in the body, mind, spirit and soul. Allowing our inner environment to create a more harmonious outer environment.
