Nervous system reset~
What does it mean to reset the nervous system?
It means bringing the body back into a healthy, balanced and regulated state for optimal well being. Feeling grounded, calm, clear, and adapting to change with more ease.
How?
Using tools such as somatic bodywork, breathwork, reiki, sound healing, flower essences and more, I create a safe space for the body to release tension and receive deep nourishment, inviting the nervous system to reset.
