About the event
Join myself and our conscious community for weekly in-person Breathwork & Sound Healing Ceremonies!
We will gather at the Shirley Community Hall, Mondays at 10am - 12pm throughout the fall and winter seasons. This is a great way to start your day and week! No experience required!

Raw Ceremonial Cacao
