About the event
Imbolc (Feb 1st) symbolises the halfway point between the winter solstice (Yule) and the spring equinox (Ostara). The word "imbolc" means "in the belly of the Mother," because the seeds of spring are beginning to stir in the belly of Mother Earth.
Every living thing begins and expands outward from the dark. If we take note from nature we can begin to form the seeds of intention for the rest of the year during this sacred time of stillness with the seed of light and energy beginning to stir deep within. What seeds will you plant? What intentions are you ready to infuse with a gentle yet potent life energy?
