Open and align each chakra through conscious breath, sound healing & more! Join Jessica and other like minded souls for a 7 week journey through the body’s main energy centres.
Each chakra is connected to the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual body.
When in balance, the chakras (energy centres) improve life force, health, vitality and well being. Creating energy flow within and beyond the self, leaving one feeling safe, empowered, inspired and so much more!
The intention of this series is to open, align and integrate healthy energy flow throughout the body using conscious breathwork, sound healing, flower essences and more!
