Join breathwork facilitator Jessica Bennett and Nicole Powell, Medium, for a ceremonial gathering of self-healing, breath & transformation.
Join us for an afternoon of ceremonial cacao, conscious breathwork and immersive sound healing as we gather in sacred circle.
Through breath, presence and deep listening, we will explore what is asking to be softened, and what is ready to be released as we shift into the season of fall- the earth element. A time of coming back to stability and stillness. Where we are asked to give gratitude for the abundance of our yearly “harvest” and begin to digest our experiences. When we consciously take time to rest, digest and restore, we create sacred space for the coming season.
