All Soul's Day

There are parts of us that began long before we did.

The stories, strengths, wounds, wisdom and traditions of those who came before us can continue to live within our bodies, our relationships and the way we move through the world.

On All Souls’ Day, we gather to remember.

To honour the ancestors whose lives made our own possible. To connect with the wisdom of our lineage. To acknowledge what has been carried forward and gently release what no longer belongs with us.

Through ceremonial cacao, conscious connected breathwork, flower essences, auricular acupuncture and sound healing, we will create a deeply grounding and restorative space to slow down, connect inward and honour the ancestral threads woven through our lives.

This is an invitation to sit at the threshold between past and present.
